Goodbye February, hello March! Can you believe we’ve already gone through another month? I had a pretty good reading month overall, I think, even if I didn’t get to all of the books I had listed in my February hopefuls. Let’s jump into everything I read and talked about for the month!

  • Every Spiral of Fate by Tahereh Mafi – This fourth installment was filled with soooo much tension, and was action packed, but it also felt like it went on a bit too long, you know? I still enjoyed it, though, and cannot wait for the finale book! Check out the review here!
  • A Court of Wings and Ruin by Sarah J. Maas – I had started this book 8 years ago when it first came out and just… never finished it… and then started it last year! … and never finished it… UNTIL NOW! I forgot how much I adore these characters and this series, and I’m glad to have finally read this installment. Check out the review here!
  • A Court of Frost and Starlight by Sarah J. Maas – I honestly thought this was a nice bridging novella between ACOWAR and ACOSF. I think it gave a nice glimpse into the life of the Night Court after the war, and what we could expect to see in the next book. Check out the review here!
  • A Court of Silver Flames by Sarah J. Maas – I loved this book so much. I honestly felt like I saw a reflection of a lot of stuff I went through, personally, a few years ago, and it was just nice to see the progression of love and acceptance of self and others that Nesta went through. Check out the review here!
  • The Merciless Ones by Namina Forna – I did a mix of physical and audiobook reading for this one and had a good time! It was a fast-paced read with lots of reveals in it. Check out the review here!
  • TTT: Typography That Fits the Vibe of the Covers – This Top Ten Tuesday post was honestly more challenging that I expected because I look at the cover as a whole and not just the typography, but these still have lovely fonts! Check out the post here!
  • Get to Know My Reading Taste Tag – A fun tag I saw on YouTube that I wanted to take part in! Check out the post here!
  • TTT: Books for Armchair Travelers – This Top Ten Tuesday post is for the armchair travelers, aka people who like to travel the world from the comfort of their own couch. Since I read mostly fantasy, this has a lot of fantasy recs inspired by real places! Check out the post here!
  • TTT: Quotes From Books I Love – We all have quotes that hit us in the feels, and these just happen to be some of mine. Check out the post here!

These are reviews for books I read in 2025 that I’m posting about now (as long as I can remember how I felt and thought about them lol):

  • Deep End Review – I read this back in 2025, so this was a catch up review! I enjoyed this more than I was expecting, though it did kind of drag on a little too long for me. Check out the review here!

I meant to do more of these this month, but I just kind of ran out of steam to blog for a bit, but I’ll hop back to it in March!

And that’s that for February! Overall, I’m pretty happy with what I did manage to read, though I’m also kind of disappointed that I didn’t at least get to my prompt books I had picked out. It’s alright, though, this is all for fun, and as a mood reader, the likelihood that I’m going to read everything I set out in a TBR is kind of small anyway. I’m excited for what I’m picking up in March, and I hope that I’ll have just as good of a reading month as I did this month!
